A dedicated Director with a passion for Learning and Development , Madhu took the initiative to establish a new department within the organization. Recognizing the importance of nurturing young minds, worked tirelessly to lay the foundation for a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) structure and program .In addition ,the Director also took on the role of a Mentor and Counselor. Provided guidance to scholars seeking to advance in their careers, offering insights, advice, and personalized development plans. This approach not only boosted individual performance but also contributed to the overall success of the organization.She has utilized various learning methodologies, including workshops, e-learning platforms, coaching sessions to cater to diverse learning styles.
Madhu has demonstrated exceptional skills as a Senior Manager(L & D) in the Training and Placement Cell and as an Assistant Professor in Science & Humanities. She spearheaded the guidance, planning,development and execution process that led to a significant career enhancement of the learners while functioning as a Coordinator in the Career Guidance & Counseling Cell.Her role combines the expertise of counseling with a deep understanding of various industries and personal development strategies. As a coordinator she also served as a mentor, advisor, and facilitator to empower students in making informed career decisions.
She has also provided pedagogical and psychological support as a Counsellor and Advisor at various institutions. She has assisted educators in addressing learning needs of the pupils by constructing meaningful curricular projects and also provided one-on-one counseling to students, assisting them in identifying their strengths, interests and goals, while helping them navigate through challenges and uncertainties.
She effectively uses Blended Learning Platform and Google Classroom to conduct training and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and promotes the mindset of being united in the pursuit of excellence.She is an educator who enjoys actively engaging with students to assure upskilling and stimulate their understanding of the latest trends in education.Establishes and maintains relationships with experts to stay abreast of latest trends and build a progressive design of grooming.
Collaborated with experts globally to create engaging and informative materials, including videos, and presentations.Conducted interactive sessions to improve communication and interpersonal skills.Implemented a mentorship program to facilitate knowledge transfer, Skill & Career development among learners.Also,collaborated as a mentor with heads to create and deliver specialized educators’ leadership and development programs to nurture the talent within the organization.Madhu has given special mentorship and guidance for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering under Career Guidance and Counseling Cell was initiated resulting in selection of one Aeronautical student for AGNIVEER (SSR/MR)01/2023 batch-INDIAN NAVY.She has conducted workshops on effective presentation skills, time management, leadership skills and 21st century skills.Facilitated team-building activities to foster collaboration and improve team dynamics.Identified the needs, extended guidance, counseling and implementation of the learning programmes for holistic development and career enhancement of the scholars and educators.
Madhu has also functioned as an editor and coordinator in a ‘Lotus Learning Society’ in Hyderabad for scheming and crafting the curriculum for establishing a chain of institutions in Andhra Pradesh.She developed and implemented a strategic learning and development framework aligned with the organization's mission & vision
Madhu’s vast teaching experience has given her many opportunities where she has offered advice to the students and parents as a trustworthy source of direction, in making good decisions for academics, personal & curricular activities. She has also educated and coached teams for Olympiads and other National level competitions. This career helps Madhu in finding the intrinsic sense of reward and meaning that she has been seeking.
